All Sales Are Final

 

Every Registered Hands certificate is personalized and made to order, and our digital certificates are delivered electronically. For these reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

 

Please double-check the spelling of the name and all order details before completing your purchase, as certificates are produced exactly as submitted.

 

Damaged or incorrect items: If your printed certificate arrives damaged in transit, or if we made an error in producing your order, contact us at info@registeredhands.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it free of charge.
